M.C.R.S provides communication and lead recovery solutions, including but not limited to:

- Missed Call Recovery

- Instant Text Responses

- Lead Capture

- Appointment Booking

Fees & Payments

The M.C.R.S Lead Recovery System is currently offered at:

- £225 per month

- £50 one-time setup fee

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

No refunds will be provided for services already delivered or billing periods already commenced.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

- Providing accurate business information

- Maintaining access to required phone systems

- Reviewing and approving message content where applicable

 

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, M.C.R.S cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation and shall not be liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Limitation of Liability

M.C.R.S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

 

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials remain the property of M.C.R.S unless otherwise stated.
